We’re so glad you stopped by! This is the official website for the Galloway Village Neighborhood Association (GVNA)—a place to stay informed about what’s happening in our neighborhood, connect with neighbors, and see all the amazing things we’ve accomplished together.

Although GVNA is relatively new, we’ve already made a big impact:

Received a $6,000 grant from the Hatch Foundation!

One of the largest and most active in Springfield.

We’re documenting and preserving some of Galloway’s oldest buildings.

Protecting water quality and keeping Galloway beautiful.

Collaborating with Springfield on future neighborhood planning.

 

 

Our goal is to connect with neighbors and build a community that’s welcoming, safe, and vibrant—a place we can all enjoy and be proud of.

We have an amazing group of board members leading the way here at GVNA!

Each one brings their own unique personality and talents to the table—some are creative and a little goofy, while others are polished professionals or charmingly eccentric. Together, they make a dynamic team that truly reflects the heart of Galloway.

After all, sometimes it really does take a village to oversee a Village—and we’re so proud of the incredible people who represent our board!

We feel strongly about how Galloway develops. Safety is our #1 goal. We also would like to preserve the history of Galloway and protect the nature that has brought many of us to choose to live in this amazing neighborhood.

We are fortunate to have the beautiful Galloway Creek flow through the middle of our neighborhood. We have Stream Clean Ups and Neighborhood Clean Ups.
